None: Cipro (ciprofloxacin) is an antibiotic, so there really isn't a true antidote. Most prescriptions don't really have that much in them to overdose on, so if you took a couple extra you should be fine. If it's more a matter of a toddler getting into a bottle of it and taking a few thousand milligrams, i'd call poison control immediately and follow their direction.
