Congenital anomaly: What you describe is a uterus didelphys or 2 chambered uterus. (Rt/LT) This was present at birth & a well known but uncommon anomaly of the female reproductive organs. It can be partial,full or just a thin septal bump in the midline.It didn't happen because you or your mother fell down. It sometimes interferes with the ability to become pregnant or carry a baby to term.
