Not per se: Hi. Bariatric surgery may be recommended for severe obesity especially if accompanied by comorbid conditions. PCOS patients may be obese, in which case bariatric surgery may be considered, but it's for the obesity, not the PCOS per se. See the distinction? Good luck!
