Ovulation: With PCOS and a lack of periods. It sounds like you are not ovulating. You will need to see your obgyn or a fertility doctor to assist you and trigger ovulation. Taking Folic acid (contained in prenatal vitamins) is a good idea but it will not help with ovulation
