Hand injury: The question is 'how' did you break your hand and could the symptoms you have now relate to that injury? If you really have a fever and vomiting, this needs to be evaluated. There are ways to access free or almost free care depending on where you live. Social workers at hospitals are good resources. I would call there or do a Google search for help near where you live. Hope you can get some help.
