Is it worth doing endometrial biopsy under general anesthesia due to the pain?

Healthy yes or no: There is little risk if you are in good health. The biopsy gives a cramp feeling, today with propafol and some narcotics the biopsy can be done painlessly without general. Biopsy time is short. I don't recommend no anesthesia but MAC spinal or general are all choices.
