Mucous cyst: Hi, if this lump is painless then possibly is a Mucous cyst which happens due to biting due to stress and poor oral hygiene, most of time they go away by themselves if the patient stops bitting the lip and fix the teeth, if it doesn't go away it can be lasered.

Saliva Glands: they are likely saliva glands. If they are clear and enlarged then they may be clogged glands called mucoceles. Checking with your Dentist or Physician would tell you for sure.
