I have small white bumps on the inside of my lower lip. i can only notice them when i stretch my lip out. what could this be?

Fordyce granules: It could be several things. A common one is called Fordyce granules, which are ectopic sebaceous glands and quite normal. It also might be blocked minor salivary glands. If you are a drinker or smoker, oral cancer is always a possibility. Go see your dentist who will be familiar with all of these conditions and can advise you.
