Mucocele or fibroma: A mucocele is a fluid filed sac that can be present on the lip, floor of the mouth or other areas of the mouth. If it's not a canker sore or a herpetic lesion (herpes common due to stress, sunlight or certain foods like chocolate) it's a fibroma which can be caused by continuous trauma ie. Biting the lip. Many people have habits that cause these and can be removed or healed by use ofa diode laser

Harmless mucocele: Usually they're not a problem and will go away on their own. If concerned see your dentist for evaluation.
