I have congenital adrenal hyperplasia. my endocrinologist wants me to use beclometasone dipropionate nasal spray instead of prednisolone is this safe?

More info needed: Hi. Is your CAH treated with low-dose dexamethasone (the standard)? I must assume so. You can use any nasal steroid (beclomethasone or prednisolone) for allergic rhinitis; not a lot is absorbed systemically, however, and that would NOT be a treatment for your CAH. I'm doing a lot of guessing there, however. If your CAH is well controlled with low-dose dex, then either nasal glucocorticoid is fine.
