Gastroenteritis: Hi, sounds like gastroenteritis/traveler's diarrhea which usually gets better within 1-3 days with rest and fluids but if you can't keep any fluids down for >24hrs, develop fever >38C (>100F), severe abdominal pain/cramps or see blood in your stool seek medical help. Restart taking your med's when you can but use condom this cycle.
