Viruses : Viral illnesses can cause such symptoms and can usually last 3-5 days. Symptoms of myalgia (muscle aches) nausea , vomiting and diarrhea can be predominant as well as fever. Your own medical history needs to be taken into account. It doesn't hurt to contact your doctor for help. Usually symptoms can be treated with ibuprofen and a bland diet until the il needs passes.
