Working too hard : not getting enough sleep, not eating right, stressing yourself out too much. Need to see doctor to rule out other health issues especially hypothyroid , obesity and depression can do it too .

88 is still: a normal temperature. See your doctor and get a blood workup for the fatigue (CBC CMP TSH) and an exam.
