prostate cancer is around prostate and a little in the rectum. is that treatable? what should we expect? life expectancy?

Treatable: prostate cancer remains very treatable when confined to soft tissue. once it metastasizes to bone, it is painful and harder to control. if not in bone, easily 5-10 years.
