Anal itching bleedin: Hemorrhoids can cause anal itching and bleeding . the small stool can be from constipation which can cause hemorrhoids drink plenty of fluids 2.5-3 liters /day ,eat fiber a cup of oats or lentils or brown rice/ day,as well as avocados, strawberries,. Itching can also be from yeast infection (try desitin (zinc oxide diaper cream) x 2 days), or STD, rarely auto immune proctitis/bowel or mass, F/U w/ doc this week
