What is the difference between ibuprofen and meloxicam? can they be taken together?

I would not: They are both NSAIDs (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs). These two drugs have a similar mechanism to stop inflammation so taking them together is not advised. They can both have effects on your kidneys so drink plenty of water.
