What is the procedure ligation laa? whether the laa tied with thread? can it be not separated in other day?

Can be, but not rec.: LAA is a relatively easy thing to clip or tie off. Like 15 minutes, but getting into the chest and back out, can be a big project, hours long. If someone needs an LAA clipped ,and the surgeon is already doing something else, it is a very easy add-on project.
