Back to see surgeon: If you have had a fundoplication it is imperative to see if it is holding. These can fail and may have more GERD., It might be something but you need to get this checked out. May be able to treat with medicine but not clear Best to you

Weird feeling: You may be feeling the effect of stomach acid . The fundaplication may not be 100 percent effective. Try taking an otc antacid for relief
