PVC simply means the: premature beats believed to be originating from in your ventricles, the principle pumping chambers. This is rarely benign for anyone (especially at your age), not healthy. Hi-odds this reflects coronary artery disease (which begins, on average, in childhood). Study: http://goo.gl/4YdKsa. Optimize: NMR lipoprotein LDL to <700nmol/L, HbA1c <5.0%, Systolic BP <120 mmHg, no Smoking/Etoh, Solve Stress.

PVC: Premature ventricular contraction are common anomalies of the cardiac conduction system. The drop under your throat is probably a symptom of this - medication sometimes helps if the these feelings or palpitations become uncomfortable.
