No but: The bile ducts should not change in size after cholecystectomy. The more important question is why are you getting all these CT scans. You're pretty young. If you're worried about the bile ducts they can be followed with an ultrasound which carries no added radiation. If the bile ducts are indeed dilated you should get you liver function measurements through bloodwork.

Normal: It is normal for the bile duct to dilate slightly following gall bladder removal. A normal common duct measures up to 7 mm before gall bladder removal but can dilate up to 10mm after gall bladder removal. A CT scan is not as good as ultrasound in accurately measuring the bile duct size.
