Polycystic ovaries: Polycystic ovaries are caused by incomplete ovulation with small cysts formed in ovaries. Ovulation may occur and pregnancy is possible. Your healthcare provider may want to do a minor surgical procedure for the endometrial hyperplasia prior to your next attempt at pregnancy, and induce ovulation to make it more likely. See an infertility MD for advice.
