Doubftul: Most honey is sterile but if you have a wound/ulcer antibiotics would be suggested instead. Some honey has been shown to harbor clostridium responsible for botulism and can result is paralysis. Good luck

Manuka Honey from New Zealand appears to have exceptional anti microbial activity. Any wound that is difficult to heal should be evaluated.
