Yes: Honey has been shown to help in the healing of wounds by being antimicrobial among other features. Companies sell dressings with medical grade ( sterilized / laboratory tested ) honey.

Depends: There is medical grade honey that weird as it sounds does actually help to heal wounds but it has to be a special type of wound. Please see a specialist in wound care or vascular surgery.
