Everything i do i feel as if i've done before either in a dream or past life this started happening after a panic attack. been happening for 3 weeks?

Seizures?: See prior answer as well. A panic attack, if not something you have experienced in the past, followed by constant Deja Vu suggests temporal lobe seizures. Please see a Neurologist for evaluation.
