A 17-yr man with testicular pain (orchialgia), which si highly variable in its onset, degree, duration, interval, evolution, and progress, warrants an instant professional evaluation and counseling for possible intermittent testicular torsion / detorsion. If confirmed or highly suspected, bilateral orchiopexy is the treatment of choice.
