Definitely, yes: This is a rare condition that results from disruption of the sympathetic nerves supplying the eye also called Horners' syndrome. The classic symptoms are upper eyelid drooping, pupillary constriction, anhidrosis and possible photophobia.

NO: I cannot think of a connection,if the diagnosis of TMJ problem is correct. TMJ syndrome is over diagnosed!!
