Not really: anemia is defined as having hemoglobin below than the normal range. just because your MCHCC or MCH are slightly low -it does not mean you are anemic. you need to look at the right index.

Tiny piece of puzzle: If it is slightly low could be normal variation, especially if rest of rbc indices were normal. Plus the MCV would be more affected by an abnormal amount of iron.
