Your red cell indices are normal showing a normochromic normocytic anemia seen with chronic.diseases & chronic inflammation. It's still a good idea to get a serum electrophoresis, serum ferritin,iron & iron binding capacity, vit B12 and folic acid levels for the sake of completeness in evaluating anemia.

You are anemic and in women it is usually due to iron deficiency. Since you have not been menstruating, it may other causes. Take oral iron and multivitamins including vitamin B12. Talk to your doctor about repeating the test in about 6 months after taking these medications.
