Maybe: It sounds like you had a D&C? If so, that's where they scrape the uterus out? Or, maybe you had a LEEP or a Cone biopsy of the cervix (that would be because they found pre-cancer cells on the cervix with a pap smear). It sounds like if you are passing, as you say, big hard chunks of stuff, that you should see your gynecologist or doctor who performed your procedure, just to be sure everything ok
