Lump around navel. CT scan ruled out hernia but didnt show lump. Ultrasound showed lump as asymmetric echogenic structure measuring 1.1 x 0.6 cm with associated shadowing in the subcutaneous tissues. What could this be?
Have a lump. US showed asymmetric shadowing soft tissue noted to the right of umbilicus is only visualized in the upright position. This may represent herniated loop of bowel, however no definitive abdominal wall defect. Recommend CT.. Hernia?
