Relaxation: Tension headache is due to stress, and or Arthritis and Muscle Spasm. If Topamax (topiramate) is not working then slowly tapper off. Try Meditation, Relaxation and Massage therapy. Xray of Neck and CT san of head must have been taken prior to establishing the Diagnosis.
