Go to the vet: take your cat to the vet there no wild healthy racoon it does not mean your cat has rabies but you do not want to wait until your cat become symptomatic and start hurting people in the house for safety and a peace of mind take the cat to the vet

Veterinarian: Per the CDC: "If an animal has rabies and bites you - or licks its claw before it scratches you - then you could get rabies, too." What goes for humans should go for pets too. Please do call your cat's veterinarian. Take care.
