Vomiting: It's time to see the doctor. Dehydration can occur quickly in little ones and it's not normal to last this long. I could go on with various differential diagnoses, but this requires attention ASAP!

Exam: 1week is a long time for a child to have vomiting and diarrhea. Have him assessed, particularly have him checked for dehydration. Your doctor may be able to check his blood sugar, to give him medication for vomiting and if he needs fluid, either fluids by mouth or intravenously. All the best and I hope he feels better soon.
