Need more info: Infants can have very frequent and loose BM's and be completely healthy, but if this is a change in BM habit and it started with vomiting, it may be the residual of a viral infection. If he was on antibiotics, he may have altered his normal gut bacteria, & may benefit from probiotics intended for infants. If there is blood in the stool or if his appetite is down,, check with his docto.
