Go to pediatrician: I don't know how old your son is, but there are so many causes of diarrhea, most of which is virus which may not need treatment with antibiotics but the vomiting and diarrhea is concerning for dehydration and shock. He has to be seen, diagnosed and be treated appropriately. They don't have as much volume as adults have.
