No: Barretts Esophagus is usually related to GERD, and not related to your brushing your tongue twice a day or your lack of bad breath. Discuss your condition with your gastroenterologist.

Barrett's Esophagus: The only connection is a dry mouth. The top of your throat is normally self-cleaning when you drink fluids so drinking more water will make sure your mouth isn't dry. Also keep an adequate oral hygiene.
