Tongue brushing: Brush your tongue regularly like brushing your teeth. It will come off eventually. As to the bad breath. use alcohol-free mouthwash. Follow the direction of the manufacturer. I use and recommend to patients alcohol-free CoQ10 mouthwash. In 2 weeks your morning breath will be fresher assuming that you don't have cavity and/or nasal drip. If problem persists, visit a Dentist and/or Physician.
