See your doctor: You should be seen to have your knee examined. Something is wrong. An exam by a doctor should be able to tell your what it is and what to do about it.

Orthopedic Dr.: Need to see an orthopedic Dr. and be evaluated and probably have an x-ray to hopefully provide a more definitive answer
