I think i have oa in both my knees the pain isn't there when sat or lying but when walking or climbing stairs & getting up there is a pain its been getting worse i can't crouch to pick things up they click constantly and its starting to bother me?

At you age wear&tear OA I very unlikely. Possibilities in your age group, other than injuries or overuse, include Osgood-Schlatter disease(patellar tendonitis)juvenile arthritis, osteochondritis dessicans. I recommend consulting a rheumatologist for diagnosis,advice,& treatment.
