Pain: Please ask again with more details. Did you have any trauma? Does your breast hurt and the pain goes to your back, or vice versa? How long has this been going on? Have you had a mammogram? So many things to consider.

May/may relate: Those two symptoms may or may not be related. A good history, physical exam and diagnostics may be needed to make that determination. The back pain more likelly to be musculoskeletal and the breast could be a cyst or fibroadenoma ( both benign) or could be breast tissue responding to hormones. It is possible to have a rib out of place in the back which could cause pain to radiate anteriorly.
