Yes: You should be concerned and have your child seen by a Pediatrician who will identify the reason for the anemia and poor appetite. Often, anemia results from not enough iron in the diet and can be the consequence of drinking too much mild and not having enough solids. The anemia itself will then lead to a poor appetite. If no other medical problem is present, your Pediatrician will recommend iron supplementation and a well balanced diet for your child. Appetite will improve when the anemia improves.

Feed her: It sounds like she hardly eats, as opposed to the pt that is eating normally and not gaining, in which case you worry about a medical cause like celiac disease or other GI condition. In this case it sounds like inadequate calories. I would add calories like having pt drink Pediasure/Ensure supplement daily. Try to calorie count as best you can. Seek the help of a pediatric dietician.
