No: Need clarification on how you are Hep B positive. Hep B infection can be acute or chronic. If your ELISA and your HBV DNA are negative then you do not have active infection. You need to be tested for the HBsAB - the surface antibody to know if you have actually had prior exposure and developed antibodies. If there is no evidence of active infection or exposure then vaccination is fine
