Yes: you will test positive for antibody against hepatitis B surface antigen (anti-HBsAg) without hepatitis B core antibody.

Yes but....: You should always test positive to the IgG stimulated by the vaccine. You will not test positive to the other factors that are found in people that have had true Hepatitis B. This is how we sort out those who have been vaccinated from those who really had the disease.

Maybe: Sometimes those IgG titers are not present...your best chance to prove your immunity is in 3-6 months after completing the 3 dose series of vaccine.
