Feeling poorly: You may have an occult infection. Blood cultures and a further workup is necessary for starters.

Follow up with doc: See your surgeon, you should have gradual improvement after surgery. If you are not improving or getting worse, go see surgeon again and find out what is wrong as soon as possible or call him today. Check your temp twice a day till you see him/her. If fever over 100, increasing pain, urinary symptoms, vomiting, shortness of breath, frequent diarrhea etc. go ER or MD now.
