Normal: Your urine is fairly dilute with a SG of 1.010. Epthelial cells are quite normal in a female. These came from your vagina. There would likely be less or no epithelial cells if your labia were widely separated & you caught a mid-stream specimen. No RBCS, WBCs or bacteria is excellent. Good Luck, no cause for any concern
