Hard to say.: If your pain is severe you need to get checked out quickly Do you mean the left side of your chest or your belly? Either way, it may be serious. We can't get enough information in a this forum to be able to say exactly what is wrong. Call your doc or go to the ER if pain is severe, still vomiting, have fever, or shortness of breath or you have never had as bad a pain before. Else see doc ASAP.
