Lump: The lump on the back of your neck may be a lymph node. If it is painful or getter larger in size see your doctor, otherwise warm compresses to the neck can help shrink it

May be a lymph node: cyst, muscle spasm or other . If it does not go away in a few days or if it gets worse see your doctor.
