My 6 year old has a few moveable lumps on 1 side off her neck shes had blood done and came back normal but she has had these lumps for over a year now?

Second opinion: Never ignore neck "lumps"- can be lymph node swelling or irritation of the local tissues: in a child. I would recommend further evaluation blood testing and if needed a simple biopsy. Definitely call your physician and ask about a second opinion.
