Biopsy: Paget's disease is a rare form of breast cancer. It is diagnosed after obtaining a biopsy of the area on the nipple or areola. In many cases, there are no abnormalities seen on mammogram or ultrasound. Once a diagnosis is made, a breast MRI may be performed to look for additional lesions in the breast. Paget's has a good prognosis if diagnosed early.
