Yes and no: Pagets disease refers to an osseous lesion where there is over growth of bone and an extensive exophytic lesion can develop especially in the H&N area. Pagets of the breast is a disease of the very terminal milk duct system spilling out into the nipple and areola complex to present as a skin lesion.

Resect: Pagets disease of the breast is cancer in the terminal ducts of the breast at the level of the nipple where the disease usually ulcerates the nipple and spills out over the areola. Depending on the extent of involvement a partial or more extensive surgical resection of the breast is indicated.
